UFC Champion Bisping And Weidman Trade PED Accusations

UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping (29-7 MMA, 19-7 UFC) and Chris Weidman (13-1 MMA, 9-1 UFC) have been trash talking each other recently.

Few days ago, Weidman who has been calling him out for a fight, criticized the Champ for favoring Dan Henderson instead for his 1st title defense since claiming the title against all odds from Luke Rockhold (15-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) at UFC 199.

Weidman’s criticism is somewhat valid because Henderson is not ranked among the top tier of UFC’s middleweight fighters, in fact he is currently ranked at 13. So he is justified by saying that the Englishman is choosing an easiest option instead of fighting the best of the lot.

Bisping responded by suggesting “The All-American’s” use of PEDs in his career might have something to do with his ability to stay fit before fights.

“You never fail to make me smile,” Bisping wrote. “You’ll get yours, if and when you win a fight. Lots of injuries since USADA though. Weird!”

Weidman responded: “Going hard trying to throw dirt on me,” Weidman wrote. “Your own teammates gave u up. ‘People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.’”
